Motorized Bicycle Laws in Campbell, CA: Legality & Regulations

According to California Vehicle Code Section 406(a), a motorized bicycle is defined as "any two-wheeled or three-wheeled vehicle that has a motor and is powered by an electric motor or gasoline engine, and that is capable of propelling the vehicle at a speed of no more than 20 miles per hour on level ground."
