Best Skid-Resistant Flooring for a 1973 Trolleycraft Cuddy Cruiser
Question
I just purchased a 1973 tolleycraft cuddy cruiser, I want to take out the carpet, and want to know what would be the best material to put down, I want something skid resistant, but no carpet. Thank You
Answer
I would recommend using 100% epoxy with quartz. Some people put in rubber powder, aluminum oxide, or even walnut shell for a skid resistant surface. The epoxy takes a first coat with your skid resistance added while wet. Then a top coat when dry. You can find materials at www.concrete-floor-coatings.com
Best of luck.
