joining stables

Question
hello sir, i'm really sorry to say and hurt you like this, we indians are getting killed in your country, its not safe for us to come to your country. then, how should i join the stables to become a trainer???

Answer
Hi Gopal,
I assume you mean Australia as being the place where Indians are being killed. Australia is a very safe country by world standards. Usually the only people in danger of being killed are crimminals involved in drugs, prostitution and such like. It is the same in your country, people who involve themselves in crimminal activity can end up dead, and good riddance to them. You will be quite safe in Australia or New Zealand as long as you don't associate with crimminals.
The best way to get into a stable in Aus or NZ is to contact studs and racing stables and look for a job. Once you have a job lined up it will be easier to emigrate.
You could try visiting each country on a visitors permit and visit some stables. They are all keen to find young people who want to make a career out of the racing industry.

Go to www.nzracing.co.nz and look at the trainers listed on that site.

Cheers,
Don
PS email me your cv and I will talk to a few trainers and see what I can do if you like. [email protected]
