Understanding Horse Racing Form: Decoding Trackwork Data

Question
http://www.indiarace.com/aspdata/trackwork/alltrack.asp?center=HYDERABAD

HI SIR. JUST VIEW THIS LINK ATTACHED ABOVE. HERE IN PARANTHESIS, I FIND -2, -1, E, +1, +2 ON THE EXTREME RIGHT. WHAT ARE ALL THESE? HOW THEY ARE LINKED WITH THE HORSE? IN EVERY ROW, FIRST ELEMENT WOULD BE THE RATING OF THE HORSE, EX: 26. SECOND WOULD BE AGE AND GENDER, EX: 4Y. THIRD WOULD BE HORSE NAME AND IN PARANTHESIS WOULD BE JOCKEY'S NAME, IF RIDDEN BY TRACKWORK RIDER, THEN IT WOULD BE RB
EX: DECCAN PASSION(M.JAGDALE)
WEDDING GIFT(RB)

THEN WHAT IS THE LAST ELEMENT WHICH HAS GOT SIGNED NUMERICS INCLUDED IN PARENTHESIS, SOMETIMES AN "E" INCLUDED IN PARANTHESIS
EX:(-1)
(-2)
(E)
(+1)
(+2)

Answer
Hi Malik,
I had a look at the webpage link you posted but I have no idea what the final number stands for. As a trackwork report it leaves a lot to be desired as it does not contain much useful information at all.
I would ask the track reporter or the editor of the publication the information appears in.
