hello sir, may i know how many years shall i work as an assistant trainer?

hi  well i would work with a trainer till he lets you do more and more things in the stable , like entering the horses, making decisions on when and where to run the horses, taking over a few horses for your own training to see just how much you have learned. i would think about 1-2 years at least.  thanks ED HESS
