Horse Trainer Profit Sharing: Is it Appropriate?

My trainer won with 5 of my 15 starters last year, with 5 seconds and 3 thirds, and one fourth. My question is should I pay her a percentage of my profits, over and above her usual 10% plus day rate.

Sorry for the delay, as I have been at the Kentucky horse sales.

That is totally up to you. I personally never expect anything more than the ten percent of earnings and would never ask for it. I would just hope my clients send me more horses.
