an old race horse

Hello, I live in NZ north island and have recently brought an old race horse called Brandy n ice, she came from Levin and is around 20 years old. she was trained by bob or bill Skelton she is about 16 hands and a chestnut mare with a small white star. I was wondering if you could tell me any thing about her racing carreer or how I find out about her racing carreer. as her brand is very hard to see. many thanks Petra

Hi Petra,
        I think I can remember your horse as I live in Kapiti and have been attending racing in this region for 30 years or so.
Brandy n Ice is by Native Kingdom.

I have checked its pedigree, but cant find any details of its racing career.

I will be MC at a function at Otaki on Saturday 23 which is in honour of Bill Skelton so I will mention this horse to him and see what information he can recall.
