Question
I hope you don't think this is a stupid question: but what is the difference between running and jogging? How fast do you need to go for it to be running. I am ft 2" 158lbs I can do 3 miles in 45 minutes and that is what I think is jogging. this is going up and down hills in Idaho. I really want toned nice legs and butt.

Answer
Hi Candy
There really is no difference. If you want nice legs and butt run a lot of hills.Over time you will see good results. Most important is a great deal of patience and fine tune your diet, because the the two go together.

Enjoy those hills
