Obese to Marathon

2016/7/22 10:07:17

Question
Hello,

I have a bucket list!  I hope to run a marathon before I die.  I am 28 y/o 315 pound female.  Do you know of a program I can follow that would eventually prepare me for a marathon.  I am cleared to exercise and have been for about a month.  The only health problem I have is slightly increased blood pressure.

Thank you!

Answer
Hi Amanda
I put a few words together for you to consider with your new adventure 26.2 before you die.Great goal Amanda.I was there like you a number of years ago.I do know of a program that you can follow to prepare you for a marathon and that is hiring me.If you have gone threw my web site i think you will see i'm quite qualified. If you would like to talk about this situation in more depth and clarity you can call me here in albuquerque NM any time from 6am to 8pm.Just go to my web site for contact page for phone number.Your only 28 so i think over the next couple of years you can make that goal a reality come true if your willing to work hard and stay focused.I look forward to hearing from you Amanda.

All the best

John

If you want to do something you have never done before, you have to be willing to become some one you have never been before. To change those conditions of your life you must be willing to correct the thinking that created those conditions. The  key to your SUCCESS lies only in what you don't know that you don't know.If you continue to think like you have always thought, you will continue to get what you have always got.Is it enough?  THE GREATEST PLEASURE IN LIFE IS IN DOING WHAT PEOPLE SAY YOU CAN NOT DO.Many of  life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to SUCCESS when they gave up.Will YOU?The past does not equal the future. The only thing that counts is deciding what you want today and then focus your attention consistently  in a direction and in a way that produces the RESULTS THAT YOUR COMMITTED TO.It is your time now to consider what fork in the road you want to take and travel.TAKE YOUR TIME NOW.This is the cross road.Choose wisely.Good luck.

To your success
