Question
What happens when the back of your leg and gluts tighten with a aching pain that keeps your leg from moving and you cant even walk or run ?  This has lasted a year and has become chronic but I can cross-train on elliptical and bike without pain or tightness.  Ibuprofen no longer helps.  I have no extra weight infact I'm a trainer.  I use the foam roller and active stretch 30 minutes each day.  I've reached my wits in.  Save me.  I'm competitive.

Answer
Hi Lynn
This appears to be sciatica based on what your describing. The easy way to get a good overview which would take me a very long email which i'm not great at and you can target and pin point the various opinions.GOOGLE Sciatica. If you have other questions after you have checked it out just get in touch any time Lynn and we can pick it up from here.I had it myself years ago and you will get rid of it for sure.

All the best

John
