Question
I work with a young female runner who needs to get her running speed up to pass a physical exam. I noticed that her knees turns in dramatically (knock kneed) she tries very hard but can't quite get her speed up. I asked her about trying to run on her toes but she says it strains her calves too much.. any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Lear
Everybody has a basic form and gate geneticly, but with certain workouts you can enhance the situation. If you give me the exam and date she has to complete it and distance, time she has to cover i will put together some workouts for her.I also need height, weight, age and past and present workout history including health summary. Are you her coach or teacher etc?

All the best

John
