Answer
Hi Shri
First thing you should do is have your body fat measured to obtain a base line to work with now and in the future.15 percent would be a good number to shoot for. What you need for all meals is a portion of carbs, protein, good fats. How you design it is really up to you for variety purposes. The choices you have are many.Plan your menue one week in advance so you just don't grab anything. The most important thing puting together a meal as i said earlier is the carbs, protein sourse, good fats every time to maintain a good blood sugar.A friend of mine has a good program for education which i endorse fully. No financial afiliation. He has many books, tapes etc.and is a renowned researcher.www.drsears.com.As far running goes the longer your out their on any given workout will speed up the fat loss process.I hope this info gives you the focus you wanted. If there is anything else get in touch.I think you will enjoy dr.sears site very helpfull. It is the ZONE DIET.

Best to you

John
