2016/7/22 10:12:28

Question
I have never done serious jogging all my life I am a diabetic type 2 but clear Cardiovascularly What is the best way to start? ( To go out I know is the answer) but starting from techniques please advise

Answer
Hi Ravi
First their is no technigues.Second it is the best thing you can do for your situation. The most important thing is patience, consistent with your approach and take it slowly as your body adapts over time. Not knowing your overall shape,i would start with a walk jog allternating at a very relaxed pace.Your goal should be to work up to it where you can go out for 1 hour 5 to 6 days a week at a confortable pace. There is no hurry Ravi and it is the accumulation of consistent workouts over time that will produce the desired results your commited to.I would also start taking 500mg of vit c to enhance recovery of tissues, tendons, connective tissue. If you have any other questions just get in touch.Just enjoy the process and your new body.

To your success

John
