jogging soreness

2016/7/22 10:13:09

Question
Hello,
Everytime I jog some muscle on my left hip gets sore. I'm not sure what muscle it is, but I think that it is between my hip flexor and my medial glut. I have trouble stretching this muscle whenever it gets sore. The only thing that I heard from another person is that one leg might be longer than the other. Is there anything that I can do for this soreness?
Thanks

Answer
Hi Erik
Without getting into a long disertation of your situation, one leg longer is quite normal for us all.To aleviate your situation is insure consistent streching but not over doing it.Nutrition wise......Take 500mg of vit. C with your 3 meals a day for conective tissue, tendons, and cells etc.Ice is best for any kind of soreness over time, but having a proper training program will eliminate it all together.

The very best to you

John
