Question
Hi John!
I just starting to run every other day and i would like to know how long should i run for to lose weight?
Im 28, eat healthy food and just keen to lose a few kilos (3/4) and get tone.
At the moment i run for 30 mins on the treadmill.
Thanks for your help, you do a great job!

Answer
Dear rosa
If you really want to maximize weight loss fast you want to increase your run to one hour to two hours at easy pace even if you have to walk some.build up to it of course.

The fat burning process doesn't kick in right away like thirty minutes. You have to go long unless your happy with the slow boat to china program.I allways believe in going for it and getting it done and make things happen.Of course without injury. This is what I get paid for to maximize results and improve performance at every level of fitness. You also want to include weights to develope muscle tissue which makes mataining body composition over the long haul easier and then you can cut back on the milaege.
Hope this guides you in the right direction Rosa.If there is anything else just get in touch.

To your continued success
The very best
John

life begins when you want it to start.when you have a dream in your heart and a vision of victory you can live and be the hero of your own success story.the wide doors of opportunity will open for you and are waiting for your entrance. like with any journey you will encounter some adversity and is at this moment you must stand tall in these difficult times in life and focus beyond where you are now.don't talk about the problems.you must consentrate on the solutions and speak to the mountains which lie ahead.you must have the courage to be creative and dare to do what you have never done before.this is the only way to accomplish the impossible.keep your eyes fixed on the path to the top but don't forget to look in front of you.the last step depends on the first.

ENJOY THE RIDE
