pain on the right knee

hey i was trying to figure this out. i use to love to run until i began feeling a pain on the right hand side of my knee. i usually can push through it for about a mile but it gets outta hand after that. any ideas?

It could be just an alignment and tracking problem,or possible it band problem but with out a more in depth back round on how it and when it happen and how long you have had it i can't pin point it.You can try some stationary bike and see if that helps which i think it will.Any other question just get in touch.
