i eat this most days. i went for my run 2 hours after lunch. what u mean it about my diet? Are things i eating not best things to eat? As you can see i eat well but i do loads of exercise so burn it of. What would be better to eat?

Answer
Hi Sarah
I think your diet looks good, but i don't no what is in the build me up milkshake or readybreak cereal. There is a lot of the foods your eating which are good, but easily depending on when you run to close from when you eat could cause some problems like cramps and diarrhea. Two hours is not a lot of time for digestion. The lunch you have could easily be the culprit.beans,nuts,apple.You have to stay away from fiber foods and cheese before you run because they will effect you much like your experiencing.4 hours would be best from last meal, but you still have to watch your diet for those foods i mentioned. It is all about testing, testing. All runners go threw this over time.I hope this gives you a better perspective, but if you have more questions just get in touch Sarah.
