jogging in place


Question
I read the answer to one of your previous questions about using intervals when jogging in place but I was wondering if jogging in place is as effective as being on a treadmill or outside and if not, is there anything I can do to make it more comparable, for instance, add time? Without being personal, trust me when I say I cannot get outside or to a gym right now but I would like to start somewhere until I can.

Hi Toni
It is not as effective,but you have to do what you have to do untill things change.One thing which is fun is running stairs if you have any.You could also use a stationary bike if you have access to one.If you have other questions just get in touch.
