ESPECIALLY POWER WALKING, MY DAUGHTER OF FORTY FIVE DOES EVERY EARLY MORNING 4 MILE WITH ARMS SWINGING, SHE IS A SIZE 5 AND HAD 5 CHILDREN AND IS TIGHT AS A FITTED GLOVE.
WALKING IS GREAT IF U PUT EFFORT INTO IT WITH SOME OTHER EXERCISES, SHE LIFTS WEIGHTS ALSO, NOT HEAVY BUT TO TONE.
