15km Run Training: How to Increase Distance & Improve Endurance

I have a 15km run in 4 weeks time and can't seem to increase my distance from 8km. I am aiming to do 15km in 1hr 30mins. I get so tired out after 8km I just have to stop. Any ideas?

Are your working out in a gym also to build muscle and swim and do other things to rest the body yet keep or maintain it.  Swim laps, do a different work out at a YMCA or a gym,  not real heavy just to maintain.
Do not push yourself too much.  Build up slowly and it will be easy to run this.  You cannot run and keep in shape, u need to do other types of exercise even areobics.
