Running Belay for Colorado Climbing: A Beginner's Guide

I am getting ready to go climbing in colorado and I hope to summit wham ridge on Vestal.  I don't have alot of climbing experence but I know I can do this.  How and what do I need for the running belay?  Would this be the fastest way to summit this class 5 climb?  I don't even know if this is the right place to be asking this question if you can it would be great.  Thanks Justin

I am a little confused as to whether you are asking for route information or on how to set a running belay.
I have never climbed this route, and have no advise to give in regards to it.
As for a running belay in general, I am not super familiar with that terminology; I think you mean what I call simul-climbing.  Basicly, both people climb at the same time, making sure there is alway a couple of pieces of protection between the climbers.  If you could clarify what you are asking about it would be helpful.
Again, I have no experiance or gear recomendation for the specific route in Colorado you are talking about.
