1)Which is better buy or rent?
It depends on how invilved you want to get with the activity. If you are serious about it, buy the gear, if you only want to try it, buy the gear.

2)Where should a begner go toget more skills in rock climbing?
3)How do you keep your equiped in good condtions?
Regular inspection. Look for nicks, spurs burra and rust.
4 )What are the job opaions?

Guiding is a popular way to make money has a climber. You can also do stunt work for movies or comercial. A lot of climber become high angle riggers. I am a teacher (French and MAth)
5)What type of education do you need?
None is required, but you should learn as much as possible.
6)Do you have to be a certion build to be very good at it like in track?  No, everyone can climb well
