Question
im a junior in highschool, and am wondering how high school rowers are
considered for the junior national crews

Answer
Hi Tom: Junior National Teams are formed through a very selective process.  Candidates are either invited or are accepted into a Rowing Development Camp and through a rigorous observation of ergometer times, on-water performance and seat racing, rowers are cut and a crew is formed.
