Is creatine a good or bad idea to take while lifting and conditioning during
the winter for the sprig season?

Answer
Hi Tom: I'm not a big advocate of supplements like protein powder or creatine.  I think there is a lot of expense in buying supplements and if you maintain a good proper diet of your food groups, you'll get your nutrients.

Too many people get so obsessed with supplements, they forget to hit the gym (Recently, my 16 year old son did not want to lift with me while on vacation because he didn't have his protein powder).  Pumping iron does more for you than stuffing supplements down your mouth.  

Bottom line: Creating won't hurt, but I'm skeptical if it will help you that much either.
