I have a amadeo Rossi overland 12ga. shotgun. The seril number is 1279. I was wondering whe it was made and any histoy.

Hello Walter Murray. Your shotgun was manufactured sometime between 1967 and 1988. The Rossi family has manufactured firearms since the late 1800's. They were first imported into the U.S. by Interarms Corp. beginning in 1967. I hope this helps and thank you for asking for me. Charles Gage
