Question
Doug I have a .410 single barrel shotgun with Central Arme stamped on side. the weapon is in real good shap. But the exstrcter is missing. I know this is a Harware Stor Shotgun.Would kno how I cancross ref. to find exstracter to fit it.Thanks Steve

Answer
Steve,

I will tell you right up front that unfortunately, I don't have good news for you.  Central Arms was one of dozens of brand names used by Crescent Arms.  They made thousands of inexpensive shotguns for sale under 'store brand' names for hardware, mail order, and department stores.  While some of these shotguns are still around and in decent condition, Crescent-Davis hasn't been in business since they merged with Universal in 1954.  The largest volume of their production goes back to the 1920s and 1930s.  Repair parts for these guns are non-existant.   You might be able to find a gunsmith that could make something for you, but it probably would be cost prohibitive.

Sorry that I don't have better news...

Best regards,

Doug Little
