Rossi 38sp revolver

2016/7/22 9:06:45

Question
Hi, I have a Rossi 38 sp revolver that looks to be the M68
model. What I don't know is can these shoot +P ammunition?
There isn't anything other than 38sp on the gun and I have no
manual for it as of yet. Thanks! Gary

Answer
Hello Gary,

You should be able to fire +P ammo from your gun with no problem. As with anything it really depends on the condition of your gun, +P ammo is the same ammo with a hot load of powder behind it to give it more "umph". If you doubt your guns ability to safely fire the ammo you should always have it checked by a qualified gunsmith.
