Sorry but without a serial number, there is virtually no way to know when it was manufactured...

I did quite a bit of searching around and pretty much the only thing I was able to come up with was that the rifle was manufactured between 1950 and 1986.  Pretty broad spread, I know.  The problem is that these guns were modestly priced when they were being sold and as a result, there are a ton of them out there.  In terms of value, you might get $200 for it if you could find someone looking for exactly what you have.  Personally, if it has sentimental value, I'd probably just hang onto it.  Not much more I can tell you since on these mass produced guns there aren't really any manufacturing record sources.
