Question
I have a Ruger 22cal new model single-six with 2 cylinders 1 LR and 1 MAG. and on top of the barrel it says "made in the 200th year of american liberty" ive owned the pistol for around 27 years and would not get rid of it.. I was just wondering what the value of it would be now..thank you sir...harold

Answer
Hi Harold,

The "New Model" single six is great firearm however it is not as collectable as its predecessor. That said you may find that with it being a "200th Year" version adds some $$ to a person who is interested in owning that model.

The Ruger Single Six New Model in "Good" condition has an approximate retail value of $200 to $325.

I hope this helps and thanks for the question Harold.

You are welcome !

Very few "quality" firearms will drop in value, most will appreciate. I always say "invest in precious metal" :-)
