What causes it to shoot one shell and never pulls out to put another in or just call me  18506432747

Hello Billy.
  Not sure what type shotgun you have, [bolt, pump, or auto] but if it is not pulling the spent shells out of the chamber, it is 99.9% of the time a broken or worn ejector clip. The other.01% can be a very dirty chamber, not re-sizing re-loaded shells, or shooting a 3" shell in a 2.75" chamber. If it is the ejector, you may be able to get a replacement part from an on-line parts warehouse. One you may try is gunparts.com.
