Assembling a Lefever 410 Shotgun: Seeking Expert Assistance

I have a 410 shotgun from my grandparents that I have not seen in over 60 years.  It is one of those that breaks down into 2 parts. It is currently broken down and I can not seem to get it into 1 piece.  Can not locate any manuel online.

With a gun of that age, you will be hard pressed to find a manual with much detail on how to assemble the weapon. I would contact a local gunsmith and ask if they can assist you, you may have a broken/missing part that is preventing you from putting it together. One of your local gunsmiths should be able to spot any problems pretty easily and show you how to assemble/disassemble your gun.
