Concealed & Open Carry Laws: Pennsylvania & North Carolina Explained

I have a quiston about gun control. I was wondering if you think that if someone carries a gun in a town with a perment shou they be able to conseal it.

I used to live in Pennsylvania, and now live in North Carolina.  You don't need a permit in order to carry openly in Pennsylvania.  If you have a concealed carry permit, then you can carry either openly or concealed.  

Now I live in North Carolina.  The laws are the same as in Pennsylvania.  I have a concealed carry permit.  So, I sometimes carry openly (when I go to an "open carry" dinner, or when I go hunting), but most of the time, I carry concealed.  In a city or town, I would most likely want to carry it concealed, so that I don't attract attention.
