where can I find a schematic & or an owner manual for my ted williams sears model 100 30-30 lever action rifle?

Hi John.

Sears didn't make their own guns. Numerous manufacturers made the guns and sold them to Sears with special trade names or model numbers to disguise the true manufacturer. As best I can tell, your Sears Model 100 rifle was made by Winchester as their model NM94. I couldn't find a diagram online for the NM94 but I did find several diagrams for the model 94 which may be very similar or identical. Here are the links:
