Finding Replacement Parts for Wards Western .22 Rifle - Expert Advice

I have a Wards Western Field  14 M , 488A 22L.R. and where would I go to find the bolt piece for the safety . or should I just put tit away and not use it. I am thinking it must have been just a straight piece about 1.5" long about 1/4" diamaeter

Before you give up and just put it away, I would suggest that you contact www.e-gunparts.com and check with them concerning any parts that they may have. They should be able to help you even if they need to refer you to another location.
