CZ 8mm Mauser Accuracy & Quality: A Comparison

I have a friend who wants to buy a Czech 8mm Mauser. I want to relay to him the standing of the CZ Mauser compared to the other non-German Mausers, as regards to problems, quality accuracy...etc.  Can you give me a brief scaling,
1 to 10 how the different Mausers stack up ???

Mauser, whether German, Argintine,Czech, Swedish are all based on the famous German Mauser action. All of them are excellent firearms as long as they are properly cared for. I would buy a functional well cared for Mauser of any origin.
Most Gunsmiths and rifle builders use the Mauser action as a base to build upon because there is none better in the world as far as simple design, function and reliability.
