Question
Hey thanx max fer all uve done fer me, but just how do u get to that point where ur like hey im not scared and i dont care if i fall or get hurt?

Answer
No problem kid.
It's all within your mind whether or not you're afraid or fearless. You really dont want to have the mindset of "I don't care if I fall or get hurt," because you need to have a measure of care or you'll just try insane crap and get hurt, bad. Know your limits in skating, and don't push them too far.
One thing that always helped me commit is just trying the trick over and over until I stuck it. When I first started, I was so afraid to ollie off a picnic table, and I would go every day and pop off and kick the board out because I was scared to commit. Finally, after countless tries, I'd land on the board and realize that it wasn't anything to be afraid of, then slowly I got to where I could land it more often with less fear.
So, if you know you can do something, and are fairly comfortable with it, go for it. If not, try it again another time. Good luck!
