Answer
For flip tricks, you just need to train your feet and body to do it. Heeflips, you kick your foot off the top of your board to flip it, and kickflips you use your toe to flick it off the side. Knowing what you have to do to make the board flip, develop your own way of doing it. Do what feels right. It feels strange at first to everyone, but practice and you'll get it, I promise. On shuvits, you're probably afraid to land on the board, which is prefectly normal when you're starting out. Just tell yourself that you're going to commit, and use your back foot to shove it around, then land back on. Bad explaination, I know, sorry. As for rails, you should get more comfortable with your ollies first or you're going to slip out. When you're ready, approach it backside (with your back to the rail) and ollie up, try and land directly on top of it and don't lean too far either way, and you should slide. Practice all this, and don't be afraid to fall! Good luck.
