Tony Hawk is a person.  He might have a slogan for specific products that are created by marketing people.  As far as I know people around him still call him Tony, cause that's his name.  He's smart enough to have trademarked his name and image so that other companies and people can't rip him off by promoting something as a "Tony Hawk" product, and then make money without him getting something in return.  

Watch the Bones Brigade videos and Animal Chin video 3 times each, do 50 ollies and quit thinking about who's who & what's what - go out and skateboard and have fun.
