Question
i weigh 68kg and im wondering if its possible to try
stand up paddle boarding on the above board i Know its not made for that porpose but if it allows me to stand up and try i will be happy.so essentially will 105L float 68kg.

I cannot say I have any expertise whatsoever in stand up paddling but I would have to take an educated guess that 105 liters is not enough to float you   with any kind of stability at 68kg.  I may be wrong but I would think you would want a lot more volume than 105 liters.
The paddle boards I've seen are between 10 and 15 feet long.  Check out these paddle board websites.
