We have an old bic Jazz windsurfer and need a new rubber hourglass part for the foot. Any suggestions on where I could find a replacement part?

When removing the old part, use some penetrating oil like Liquid Wrench to loosen the nuts/bolts. When placing the nuts/bolts back on, use some Blue locktight on the threads, not Red. Blue is removable but won't let the nuts/bolts loosen. Red is almost permanent.
