Bic Rock 'n Roll Sailboard Mast Base Pin Replacement

Hello I have what I believe to be a bic rock n roll sail board and the mast base joint has broken and I have read through the previous questions and have found the kit to replace this. Where my question lies is where can I fine the actual pin that connects to the mast track, the one that came with the sailboard has corroded due to lack of maintance from the previous owner and the threads and bolt are ceased together and won't come apart even after soaking it in the liquid wrench.
