Best US Windsurfing Spots for November: Beginner to Intermediate

my wife and i are looking for a good place in the US to windsurf around thanksgiving. We will most likely fly in with no rig, so there needs to be a good rental shop and hopefully good instructors for beginner/intermediate types.
location close to an airport is a plus as well.
