Improvement

Question
Hi George,

I've been working since we talked last. A couple workouts were all in a 25yd pool. -1200yds. 60 mins, then a few weeks later 1200yds in 30 mins.
Today 1500yds in 53:00 mins.

My goal is to do a 200 non-stop all flip turns. Today was 150 all flip turns, rested for less than 20 sec. and finished the last 50 with an open turn. I feel like I'm improving but I have nothing to go on.

I bought a waterproof watch to help me track my total time swimming and to count laps. What do you think.

Answer
You're doing great, keep it up.  What you are doing is just perfect.  Really try to do flip turns on everything.  The important part is that your distances are getting stronger, keep pushing to complete more distance in the same or less time as the time before, that will help your endurance and your fitness.
Good job,
George
