Question
HI! I AM CURRENTLY 50 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT. I HAVE BEEN WALKING AN HOUR A NIGHT WITH MY 11 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER. I WALK AT A NORMAL PACE. DO I NEED TO WALK BRISKLY IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT?  THANK YOU  HOLLIE

Answer
Hi Hollie
If you have restricted your diet to only 15oo calories a day you will slowly loose
If u brisk walk with arms flying at your side and work up a good heated sweat, cut calories, you will loose better.  Work up to 3 mile a day at this, set goals and work towards them, I did and it worked, I am old now so it does not matter, but I set goals in Karate to be a certain colored belt and I made it and quit because of Arthritis Pain.

U must learn to do this in life now for living is hard, we have too many choices of foods, it is too easy to eat what we want, so workouts must be very high to loose, weight lifting, areobic workouts, etc.  So, cut calories, brisk walk daily, measure the milage, and work to a higher amount and you will loose that weight.

Kind Regards
Patt
