shakespeare fishing pole

I brought 3 neW shakespeare reel poles and it came with line included. I can't figure out how to run the line through. Please help

Hi Gloria, How are you?, Well I hope I can help! Well if you bought a spinning reel, you will know if there is a metal arm on it and the line is exposed, route the line under the the metal arm (or what they call a bail) then pull the line through the guides on the rod (or what they call eyes).
