doubting the authenticity of my bike

my schwinn i bought a Schwinn Chicago road bike, it has a custom paint job and parts. the head badge has 0399 stamped on it and the serial number is on the bottom of the bike where the front crank goes and starts with G806. i can send you more pics upon request. thank you

Thanks for asking me this question, but honestly I don't have the slightest idea about Schwinn.
I do know some bikes, but that are a few European models.
I recommend you to sent Schwinn Bikes an e-mail with this question. Probably they can help you out and will they answer in the search at your question.
