bicycling and impotence

Question

Hello,  Michael

I know this question may sound a bit silly, but
does bicycling really cause impotence??
if yes, how can i prevent it

thanks a lot

ps: maybe you can give me some good recommendations on products, particularly saddles, that i can use to prevent pain on that spot!! (you know which spot im talking about)

Answer
Hi John,

I can really say that it won't cause harm for you love life.
But, do cycle with the bibtights (which protects this area), but falling down on your uppertube from your bike doesn't cover that.
There are people who have problems with this particular area, but there are special saddles available (with holes in the saddle, bodygeometric saddles, lotions).
If it helps I can't promise, because every body is different and will react different to those helping parts.
Just try it, but if you don't have problems please don't try different things. Often that will just cause injuries.

With the best regards,

Mike
