QUESTION: scott,yes.gw

ANSWER: Then you need to check the shifter cable. Make sure its not slipping and that its moving the derailleur. If the cable is tight, but the derailleur is not moving you need to check to see if something is stuck in it, blocking movement. If you can't get the ferailleur to move, then it will probably need to be replaced.

Hope this helps

Answer
There are any number of sites that detail, with pictures and diagrams, how to adjust a rear derailleur. This site:

http://bicycletutor.com/adjust-rear-derailleur/

includes a video tutorial. But googling "adjusting derailleurs" will get you a load of sites to choose from.

Hope this helps
