Mountain bike wheelies?

Hey, I was just wondering if you knew anything on pulling a wheelie with a mountain bike. It seems to me that when I try it, My handlebars turn outta controal and sometimes I flip over. I cant do one more than 5 seconds. If you dont know this, know anywhere else I can go to for advice? Thanks.

Hi Caleb,

You will be much better doing wheelies on a BMX Style bike, Mountain bikes do not lend themselves well to wheelies. I have seen it down by some extremely good riders but even they learned on the BMX Style 20" bikes before trying the Larger and heavier Mountain bike.
