2005 Sun Tracker 22' Pontoon: Towing & Control Panel Alarm Troubleshooting

Is this boat capable of pulling my kids on a tube?  The motor is a Mercury 90 outboard.  Also there is a loud beeping sound coming from the drivers control panel.  What could this be?  I can't find it in the owners manual

The noise emanating from the control panel is an alarm. It might indicate the oil level in the engine is low. I suggest you re-read the manual carefully. There definitely is an explanation for the alarm. Alternatively, consult a qualified and reliable marine mechanic.
